Arizona Gold & Silver Inc (TSX-V:AZS, OTCQB:AZASF, FRA:A9J0) Senior Vice President of Exploration Dr. Lex Lambeck talked with Proactive about ongoing drilling at the Philadelphia project and upcoming exploration plans at Silverton in Nevada.
Dr. Lambeck provided an on-site update from Philadelphia, where the company is currently drilling hole 161.
The company is also awaiting laboratory results from holes 159 and 160. Hole 159 stepped 60 metres north from hole 158, while hole 160 extended 60 metres south from hole 156, demonstrating continued expansion along strike.
Beyond Philadelphia, Dr. Lambeck discussed progress at the Silverton property in Nevada, where strong antimony surface samples have prompted preparations for a potential drill program. The company has invited drill contractors to submit bids and is targeting approximately 27 shallow holes at depths of 100 to 150 feet to test antimony anomalies.
He also highlighted the broader scale of the Philadelphia property, noting the extent of the Arabian structure and future plans to target Red Hills pending permitting.

Dr. Lex Lambeck: I’m very well, thanks. Good to see you again.
I know you’re on site right now at Philadelphia. Before we get to that, you recently visited Silverton. Remind everyone about the project and the work happening there.
Silverton is our other property in Nevada. We recently had very strong and interesting antimony surface samples taken by Greg and the team. We’ve since been back out reviewing the area for a potential drill program and invited a driller to submit a bid. We’re hoping to get drilling underway in the next couple of months once bids are reviewed.
Are you focusing on a specific area at Silverton?
Yes, we want to drill around where we’re observing the high-grade hits and test them at a bit more depth to look for continuity. We’re planning approximately 27 holes starting at about 100 to 150 feet, targeting the antimony anomalies.
Let’s talk about Philadelphia. What’s the latest?
The drill hasn’t stopped. We’re currently drilling hole 161 and we’ve intersected double the thickness of the mineralized interval that we’ve never seen before. That’s the wow factor for us. We’re waiting on assays to determine the grade, but we’re very excited. After this hole, we’ll move the drill about 60 metres south to drill hole 162.
You’re also waiting on results from other holes.
Yes. Hole 159 stepped 60 metres north from hole 158, and hole 160 stepped 60 metres south from hole 156. Both are in the lab and we expect results imminently.
Being on site and seeing the scale of the project firsthand, does that add to your excitement?
Absolutely. It’s really good to see the scale of the project. We were walking up and down the strike of the Arabian structure and seeing how extensive it is, as well as reviewing the Red Hills area. We’ll be targeting Red Hills soon, pending permit approval. We also believe the area east beneath Red Hills may be part of the source of the mineralization.
