Happy Creek Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:HPY, OTC:HPYCF, FRA:1HC) announced that it will change its corporate name to Fox Tungsten, effective at the opening of trading on February 25, 2026.
The company’s shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new ticker symbol “FOXT.”
Existing share certificates remain valid, though holders may request replacements. The company said the name change does not affect its capitalization structure.
