Intelligent Monitoring Group reports $19.2M EBITDA, 8.3% organic growth

Intelligent Monitoring Group Ltd (ASX:IMB) managing director Dennison Hambling talked with Proactive about the company’s half-year results, reporting underlying EBITDA of $19.2 million for the six months to December 31, 2025, up 9.2%. The result keeps the company on track for full-year underlying guidance of $43–47 million.

Hambling highlighted 8.3% organic growth in the Australian business, which represents the majority of group earnings, contributing to total group growth of just under 9% for the half. While New Zealand experienced a slower first quarter due to timing delays between major project completions and new work commencing, he said performance has since normalised and returned to expected levels.

A major milestone during the period was the $40 million acquisition of Tyco New Zealand, including Red Wolf Security and Wormald. Hambling described the deal as transformational for the company’s New Zealand operations, strengthening its customer base and broadening its service capability.
