Resolution confirms broad gold at Horse Heaven and flags tungsten potential - ICYMI

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML, OTC:RLMLF, FRA:NC3) earlier this week reported final assay results from its 2025 drilling campaign at the Golden Gate Fault Zone within the 100%-owned Horse Heaven Gold–Antimony–Tungsten–Silver Project in Idaho, confirming broad gold mineralisation and identifying significant tungsten potential.

Craig Lindsay, CEO US Operations, said the 14-hole program totalled more than 10,000 feet of drilling and delivered two new gold discoveries at Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South. The mineralised corridor extends approximately two kilometres along strike, with substantial room for infill and step-out drilling.

Lindsay highlighted previously released intercepts of 253 metres at 1.5 g/t gold, 189 metres at 1.3 g/t gold and 265 metres at 0.6 g/t gold, noting that mineralisation begins at surface and extends to depths approaching 300 metres. He stated that “almost everything that we drilled this year ended in open-ended mineralization at depth,” suggesting potential for further expansion.

Interview highlights

  • Final assays received from 2025 drilling at Horse Heaven Project, Idaho
  • 14 holes completed for over 10,000 feet of drilling
  • Two new gold discoveries at Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South
  • Mineralisation spans ~2km strike length with expansion potential
  • Mineralisation begins at surface and remains open at depth
  • Tungsten intercepts reported near historic Golden Gate Tungsten mine
  • Coincident tungsten and gold soil anomaly identified
  • Plans to increase drilling to 30,000 feet starting May 2026
  • Permits filed for bulk sampling at Antimony Ridge (historic 40% antimony veins)
  • Strategic exposure to gold and US-designated critical metals

Resolution delivers final assays

Proactive: Welcome back to Proactive Investors. I’m your host, Kerry Stevenson. I’m joined again by Craig Lindsay, CEO US Operations for Resolution Minerals. The company has just announced final assays from the 2025 drilling campaign. Craig, great to see you again.

Craig Lindsay: Fantastic to be with you, Kerry. I wish I was there in Fremantle — we’re getting our first big snowstorm here in western North America. I’d much prefer to be talking gold, tungsten and antimony in the warmth.

Proactive: Let’s get into the news. You’ve released final 2025 drill results from Horse Heaven in Idaho.

Craig Lindsay: Yes, today’s announcement summarises and finalises the 2025 drill results at the Horse Heaven Gold–Antimony–Tungsten–Silver Project in Idaho, immediately adjacent to Perpetua Resources’ Stibnite gold project.

We acquired the project in July, started drilling in August and completed 14 holes for over 10,000 feet. Today’s results include RC holes from the northern target area and importantly, tungsten intercepts.

The key takeaway is that we made two gold discoveries at Golden Gate — Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South — across about two kilometres of strike. There is plenty of room to drill in between.

Earlier results included 253 metres at 1.5 g/t gold, 189 metres at 1.3 g/t gold and 265 metres at 0.6 g/t gold. These intercepts begin at surface and extend to nearly 300 metres depth. Almost everything drilled this year ended in open-ended mineralisation at depth. There’s also a thick halo of shallow oxide mineralisation at surface.

Proactive: And tungsten is becoming an important part of the story?

Craig Lindsay: Absolutely. We reported tungsten intercepts including 25 feet at 0.14% tungsten within a broader halo zone. This is around the historical Golden Gate Tungsten mine, which operated as both an open pit and underground mine. We’re seeing extensions of that mineralisation.

There is also a significant tungsten-in-soil anomaly coincident with gold at the southern end of the Golden Gate fault zone.

Proactive: What comes next?

Craig Lindsay: We’d like to triple this year’s drilling and target up to 30,000 feet starting in May 2026 at Golden Gate.

We’ve also filed permits for a bulk sampling program at the nearby Antimony Ridge target. Historic pits there produced antimony during World War I and II, with veins averaging around 40% antimony mineralisation.

We’re focused on the right commodities — gold, tungsten and antimony — in a mining-friendly jurisdiction in Idaho. There is strong interest in developing domestic critical metals supply in the United States, and we’re seeing significant support for what we’re doing.

Proactive: Congratulations on the progress. We look forward to further updates.

Craig Lindsay: Thanks Kerry.
