Shares in Catenai PLC (AIM:CTEA) rose as much as 11% in early trading before settling back to parity after the company said its investee Alludium had been recognised as a Select tier partner within the Google Cloud Partner Network.
Catenai, the AIM-quoted technology and digital solutions provider, said the designation reflects Alludium’s demonstrated proficiency and customer impact across Google Cloud and Google Workspace.
Select tier status is awarded under Google Cloud’s updated partner model and recognises technical alignment and integration capabilities across key tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.
Alludium develops a no-code artificial intelligence Agent Operating System designed to enable organisations to deploy collaborative agents across existing business systems.
Through its platform, the company aims to shift artificial intelligence adoption beyond conversational interfaces towards task execution and workflow automation.
Directors said the recognition validates Alludium’s commercial positioning and supports its strategy of building enterprise-grade integrations within established cloud ecosystems.
John Frizelle, founder and chief executive of Alludium, said: “Select Tier recognition is an important milestone for Alludium. It reinforces what we are building: an Agent OS that helps teams delegate real work, not just chat about it, through practical and integrated workflows.”
John Farthing, interim chief executive of Catenai, said the milestone reflected progress in developing an enterprise-aligned platform capable of operating across widely adopted business tools.
After an initial burst, the stock settled back to 0.23p.
