Millennial Potash Corp (TSX-V:MLP, OTCQB:MLPNF, FRA:XOD) announced that it has ranked third overall on the 2026 TSX Venture 50 list of top-performing companies.
The TSX Venture 50 is an annual ranking of the top 50 companies on the TSX Venture Exchange based on three equally weighted criteria: market capitalization growth, share price appreciation and trading value. The list highlights the top performers among more than 1,600 TSXV issuers.
Millennial reported that in 2025 its share price rose 950% and its market capitalization increased 1,405%.
The company said the recognition follows a year that included an increase in mineral resources at its Banio Potash Project in Gabon.
According to the company, Measured & Indicated Mineral Resources rose 275%, and Inferred Mineral Resources increased 210%. The updated Mineral Resource Estimate totals 2.45 billion tonnes Measured & Indicated at 15.6% KCl and 3.56 billion tonnes Inferred at 15.6% KCl, covering about 5% of the project area.
Millennial also reported advancing the Banio Project into the development stage with the initiation of a Definitive Feasibility Study, supported by a US$3 million strategic project development commitment from the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).
The company said previously disclosed Preliminary Economic Assessment results for the project outlined an after-tax NPV (10%) of US$1.07 billion, a 32.6% internal rate of return and operating costs of US$61 per tonne of granular muriate of potash.
Millennial said that with the Definitive Feasibility Study underway, ongoing infrastructure development in Mayumba, continued US DFC support and additional drilling programs, it is evaluating development and strategic partnership opportunities for the Banio Potash Project.
Farhad Abasov, Millennial chairman, said the company was honoured to be ranked third on the TSX Venture 50.
“This recognition reflects the significant progress made at Banio over the past year including transformational resource growth, advancement into a Definitive Feasibility Study, and strategic alignment with U.S. food security initiatives,” Abasov said.
“With major development programs currently underway we believe Banio will be uniquely positioned as a potential new, low-cost Atlantic Basin supplier of potash to the US, Brazil and Africa."
