Applied Nutrition PLC said it expects full-year results to come in ahead of market forecasts as it entered the key January health and fitness period with retail orders and customer stock levels significantly above expectations.
The sports nutrition and wellness brand posted a first-half update showing revenue jumped 57% to £74.5 million in the six months to 31 January 2026 as strong retail demand pushed the group ahead of expectations.
EBITDA was also ahead of management expectations, though no figure was disclosed.
The company said its is benefitting from wider distribution across UK high street health retailers, grocers and discounters, as well as strong demand for new product launches.
As a result, the group expects revenue to be more weighted to the first half than in previous years.
On the back of the performance, management has guided to revenue of about £140 million for the 2026 financial year, compared with prior consensus of £133.5 million. Consensus adjusted EBITDA had stood at £37.7 million.
