TPXimpact Holdings PLC shares traded up in Wednesday's early deals, as it announced it had been selected as the successful bidder for a £22 million, two-year digital transformation award with NHS England, secured following a competitive tender run under the government’s Digital Outcomes 6 (DOS6) framework.
The contract forms part of NHS England’s Digital Prevention Services Portfolio, a national programme intended to design, build and operate digital and data services that support the prevention of ill health and early intervention.
TPXimpact will deliver services across maternity, neonatal and school-age vaccinations, supporting three end-to-end vaccination pathways across multiple care settings including GP practices, schools and community environments. The company said the work will primarily support healthcare professionals responsible for administering, recording and managing vaccinations through digital systems, spanning roles from GPs and nurses to midwives, pharmacists and School Aged Immunisation Service teams.
Chief executive Bjørn Conway described the award as “strategically important”, claiming it underlines TPXimpact’s ability to operate at scale on complex public-sector programmes as the group shifts from turnaround execution toward growth.
