Accesso Technology Group PLC (LSE:ACSO, OTC:LOQPF, FRA:LQG), the AIM-listed provider of technology to the leisure and entertainment sectors, has expanded its strategic partnership with Adyen to integrate embedded payments across its global platform.
The move will see Adyen become accesso’s long-term financial technology provider, underpinning a payments infrastructure that supports more than $5 billion in annual transaction volume across digital and on-site guest journeys.
The agreement is designed to bolster accesso’s ability to handle high-volume, multi-region transactions across its product suite, and to support continued growth in transaction volumes.
Embedded payments will be integrated as a core feature across all accesso systems.
Steve Brown, chief executive of accesso, said: “Deepening our partnership with Adyen reflects our commitment to strengthening accesso products through scale and trusted technology relationships.”
He added: “By aligning around embedded payments as a core capability, we're reinforcing a foundation to support our customers and enable long-term growth.”
Adyen’s platform will offer unified global coverage across multiple sales channels, including mobile, online and point-of-sale environments.
Hemmo Bosscher, senior vice president at Adyen, said: “In the leisure industry, every second of uptime is critical to the guest experience. By deepening our integration with accesso, we're providing a single, unified platform built for the scale and resilience global attractions demand.”
accesso supplies ticketing, virtual queuing, guest experience and point-of-sale software to theme parks, museums, ski resorts and cultural venues across more than 30 countries.
