Delta Gold Technologies shares begin trading on OTCQB Market

Delta Gold Technologies PLC (AQSE:DGQ), a UK-based technology company focused on quantum computing intellectual property, has commenced trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the ticker DGQTF.

The cross-trading move follows Delta’s admission to the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market in December 2025 and forms part of its strategy to raise international visibility and broaden investor access.

No new shares have been issued as part of the listing. Delta will continue to comply with its regulatory obligations under the Aquis Stock Exchange.

The OTCQB platform is operated by OTC Markets Group and is tailored to early-stage and developing businesses seeking a secondary trading presence in the US.

Delta is developing proprietary technology centred on nanoscale gold and other materials believed to have applications in quantum computing.

The company is working with researchers at the University of Toronto in Canada to develop the intellectual property, file provisional patents and pursue commercial licensing.

Chief executive R. Michael Jones said: “Our move to the OTCQB Market represents a significant milestone in Delta’s evolution. Following our successful Aquis listing, today’s commencement of trading on OTCQB broadens our reach to US investors, enhances our market visibility, and supports our ambition to build globally relevant quantum computing IP.”

Delta’s research partnerships aim to target top universities in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
