Royalty Management CEO highlights dividend success

Royalty Management Holding Corp (NASDAQ:RMCO) said it has set March 31, 2026, as the record date for its next quarterly cash dividend.

Shareholders on that date will receive a dividend of $0.0025 per share, payable on April 10, 2026.

CEO Thomas Sauve said the dividend program provides an additional way to return value to shareholders. “Our first annual cash dividend of $0.01 per share, distributed in quarterly increments over 2025, has been a great success,” he said in a statement.

Sauve added that this upcoming payment will be the final quarterly dividend under the 2025 board-approved plan. The company intends to seek board approval to extend the dividend program through the remainder of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027.

The CEO also noted that as revenues from the company’s investments grow, there could be potential to increase the dividend, while balancing ongoing investments in royalty-bearing projects.

Royalty Management describes itself as a forward-looking royalty company focused on building shareholder value through the acquisition and development of assets in resource-driven and emerging technology sectors.
