Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp (TSX-V:PINN) has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$1.53 million and bringing the total proceeds from the offering to C$2.6 million.
Under the offering, the company issued 10.9 million units at C$0.14 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable for one share at C$0.20 for 24 months.
The offering’s first tranche was previously announced in November 2025. Including both tranches, Pinnacle issued a total of 18.5 million units. Insiders subscribed for 336,000 units in the second tranche, contributing roughly C$47,000.
Finder’s fees for the second tranche totaled around C$29,000 in cash and 208,000 non-transferable finder’s warrants, exercisable at C$0.20 per share over two years.
Proceeds from the placement will support the advancement of Pinnacle’s high-grade El Potrero gold-silver project in Durango, Mexico, covering project evaluations and general working capital.
