Wellnex Life reports improved cash flow and revenue growth in second quarter

Wellnex Life Ltd (ASX:WNX, AIM:WNX) has reported a sharp improvement in cash flow along with a 31.5% jump in revenue for the December quarter, as its turnaround strategy continues to take effect.

Operating cash outflows narrowed to $0.16 million from $2.98 million in the previous quarter.

This was supported by increased customer receipts, which rose to $5.1 million, and reduced costs following a one-off raw material purchase in the prior period.

Quarter-end cash stood at $0.98 million, with a further $2.01 million in undrawn finance facilities available.

Revenue grew to $7.1 million, up from $5.4 million in the first quarter. IP licensing income surged to $3.3 million from $0.3 million, reflecting early returns from the company’s commercialisation strategy, while brand sales fell to $3.8 million due to the deprioritisation of non-core assets.

Gross profit increased 16.7% to $2.1 million.

Wellnex said it remains focused on cash conversion and strengthening its balance sheet. It is also continuing to identify ways to enhance margins and reduce costs.

The company said an investor briefing will be hosted by executive chairman Ash Vesali on 2 February 2026.
