Saudi Arabia: High-grade gold confirmed at Shaib Marqan and Wadi Salamah
Exploration at the Shaib Marqan and Wadi Salamah projects in central Saudi Arabia delivered multiple high-grade gold and silver rock chip results, confirming widespread mineralisation across both licences.

At Wadi Salamah, rock chip sampling along a shear zone extending over more than 700 metres returned assays of up to 10.66 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 40.4g/t silver, with additional results including 7.56g/t gold and 19.0g/t silver and 5.50g/t gold and 18.0g/t silver. Mineralisation was hosted predominantly in quartz veins within a broad shear zone measuring between 10 metres and 30 metres in width.

Sampling at the WS Central area returned no significant gold results, with assays below detection limits.
At Shaib Marqan, 87 rock chip samples collected from the southern-central portion of the licence returned high-grade gold values, including a standout result of 40.35g/t gold from a laminated quartz vein measuring approximately 1.5 metres wide. Other notable results included 9.62g/t gold, 7.30g/t gold, and 5.72g/t gold, with additional anomalous results indicating widespread gold mineralisation within quartz veins and adjacent host rocks.

Ground magnetic surveys advance drill targeting
During the quarter, RMI began detailed ground magnetic surveys across both Saudi projects in collaboration with CNNC Geological Science and Technology Co., part of China National Nuclear Corporation.
By early December, field crews completed 1,010 kilometres of magnetic survey coverage at Wadi Salamah, with data processing and interpretation underway. Survey work subsequently commenced at Shaib Marqan and is expected to define structural controls, lithological boundaries, and potential mineralised corridors.
The company said results from both surveys will be integrated with existing geological and sampling data to refine high-priority drill targets ahead of planned drilling programs in early 2026.
Tanzania: Mpanda geophysics progresses
In Tanzania, RMI progressed a drone magnetic survey over selected areas of the Mpanda Copper-Gold Project, with field crews mobilised during the quarter. The program is expected to be completed in January 2026, with results to be used alongside existing rock chip and drilling data to refine exploration targets.
Limited work was undertaken across the company’s Tanzanian nickel projects due to prevailing nickel market conditions.
Finland: Lithium drilling resumes
In Finland, improving lithium market conditions supported the commencement of a shallow drilling program at the Köyhäjoki lithium project. The program is targeting 123 drill holes for approximately 720 metres, with results expected to be reported in the March 2026 quarter.
Corporate: Capital raised and debt cleared
RMI completed a $1 million placement at $0.025 per share during the quarter, raising funds to support exploration in Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, and Finland, as well as to repurchase outstanding convertible securities.
Following the placement, the company redeemed the remaining 500,000 RiverFort convertible securities, leaving RMI debt-free at quarter end. The broader $5 million RiverFort funding facility remains available for future funding requirements.
RMI closed the quarter with $557,000 in cash, having spent approximately $426,000 on exploration activities during the period.
