Boundiali Gold Project – Côte d’Ivoire (2.41Moz)
During the quarter, Aurum completed infill drilling at the BMT3 deposit, converting a significant portion of inferred resources to the indicated category and resulting in a revised Boundiali Mineral Resource of 2.41Moz.
The updated resource comprises:
- Indicated Resources of 26Mt at 1.1g/t gold for 920,000oz, including 7.6Mt at 1.3g/t gold for 320,000oz at BMT3
- Inferred Resources of 51Mt at 0.9g/t gold for 1.51Moz
Within the total resource, a higher-grade component totals 1.32Moz at 1.7g/t gold, based on a 1.0g/t cut-off grade.
Drilling results reported during the quarter continued to demonstrate high-grade mineralisation at BMT3, including:
- 0.80 metres at 350 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 277 metres (MBDD277) and 1 metres at 274.89g/t gold from 380 metres (MBDD274)
- 5.10 metres at 43.13g/t gold from 112.90 metres, including 3.10 metres at 70.78g/t gold (MBDD291)
- 10.15 metres at 6.05g/t gold from 125.50 metres, including 3.60 metres at 13.88g/t gold (MBDD299)
- 2.20 metres at 23.65g/t gold from 93.60 metres (MBDD311) and 1.30 metres at 17.43g/t gold (MBDD318)

Diamond drilling continued throughout the quarter, with up to 12 Aurum-owned and operated rigs active on a day-and-night basis. The company also successfully lodged two new applications for mining exploitation licences.
An updated Boundiali Mineral Resource Estimate and the project’s Pre-Feasibility Study are both on track for delivery in the March quarter 2026.
Napié Gold Project – Côte d’Ivoire (0.87Moz)
At the Napié Gold Project, Aurum reported encouraging new drill results from the Tchaga deposit, extending mineralisation to greater depths.
Notable intercepts included:
- 5.00 metres at 10.09g/t gold from 209.00 metres, including 1.00 metres at 49.10g/t gold (NADD062)
- 10.80 metres at 4.52g/t gold from 73.00 metres, including 1.90 metres at 23.45g/t gold (NADD060)
- 6.00 metres at 3.82g/t gold from 226.00 metres, including 1.00 metres at 22.37g/t gold (NADD064)

An updated Mineral Resource Estimate for Napié remains on track for completion in Q1 CY2026.
Exploration growth and development pipeline
Aurum continued to scale its exploration activities during the year, with two drill rigs operating at Napié and 12 rigs active at Boundiali. Total diamond drilling completed across both projects reached 126,816m in CY2025.
The company is progressing two major Mineral Resource updates at Boundiali and Napié, scheduled for delivery in Q1 CY2026, with the aim of expanding the current 3.28Moz resource base.
What's next
Aggressive cost-effective exploration
Aurum is committed to a large-scale exploration program at its two projects in Côte d’Ivoire. This includes:
- 100,000 metres diamond drilling at Boundiali.
- Up to 12 diamond drill rigs completed 108,911 metres of drilling at Boundiali in CY2025.
The program aims to:
- Increase the size and confidence of current resources
- Advance known prospects for incorporation into the next MRE update in Q1 2026
- Target new prospects identified through soil anomalies and geological mapping to drive resource growth into 2026 by conducting a new 100,000m diamond drilling.
Resource expansion
Drilling aims to expand the known resources at Boundiali’s BD, BM, and BST deposits with two MREs from the new 100,000m diamond drilling in 2026.
- 30,000 metres diamond drilling program at Napié is ongoing;
- Two rigs completed 17,905 metres diamond holes in CY2025 at Napié, mainly at Tchaga and Gogbala deposits, designed to expand the existing 0.87Moz resource with the MRE update in Q1 2026.
Boundiali Pre-Feasibility Study
Aurum is working towards completing an open pit PFS for the Boundiali Gold Project with results expected in Q1 CY2026. This will provide an evaluation of the project's economics and technical feasibility.
Corporate
During the quarter, Aurum completed the sale of its Montage Resources shareholding for approximately $23 million, strengthening its cash position.
The company also advanced the Boundiali development pathway, lodging two additional mining exploitation licence applications in Q4 CY2025.
