Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF, FRA:1SS) has announced the launch of Nextech Credit, a universal, dollar-denominated enterprise credit system designed to be used across its portfolio of AI-powered event and engagement platforms.
The company said the proprietary system allows enterprise clients to purchase credits that can be spent interchangeably across Nextech3D.ai business units, including Eventdex for event registration and ticketing, Map D for spatial navigation, and Krafty Labs for virtual and in-person engagement programs. Nextech Credit is priced on a one-to-one basis with the US dollar.
Alongside the launch, Nextech3D.ai introduced a tiered “Credit Incentive Ladder” aimed at enterprise customers that consolidate spending across multiple platforms.
The structure includes three tiers based on investment levels, with higher tiers offering additional credits and expanded services such as priority scheduling, strategic planning, and dedicated account support. Pricing ranges from US$25,000 to US$50,000 for the Starter tier, US$75,000 to US$150,000 for the Growth tier, and US$250,000 or more for the Enterprise tier.
The company said Krafty Labs has been fully integrated into the Nextech3D.ai financial infrastructure under the new system, allowing credits purchased for one service to be applied to others within the ecosystem.
Credits can also be transferred internally between departments such as marketing, human resources, and operations, and remain valid for up to 12 months.
"Nextech Credit is designed to help enterprise customers engage with our AI event platform more easily and at greater scale,” Nextech3D.ai CEO Evan Gappelberg said in a statement.
“By allowing organizations to pre-fund engagement and allocate credits across teams, we simplify procurement while increasing platform adoption."
Gappelberg added that he believes Nextech Credit is “the engine that will drive our 2026 expansion." "By creating a Nextech-branded credit system that powers Krafty Labs and our other platforms, we are making it easier for global brands to buy from us. One PO now unlocks our entire AI-powered suite."
Further, Nextech3D.ai said it has renewed its share purchase warrant program, issuing about 6.2 million warrants to service providers under employment and consulting agreements. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of C$0.14 over a one-year term. The warrants are scheduled to vest in equal monthly tranches, with recipients able to receive shares or participate in a managed sale program for cash proceeds.
