Eleco PLC (AIM:ELCO) shares advanced on Tuesday, rising 9% to 144p, after it released a year-end trading update that showed revenue growth and higher recurring revenues, which were "ahead of market forecasts".
The AIM-listed software firm said total revenue is estimated to have increased 20% to £38.8 million, with annualised recurring revenue up 29% to about £34.3 million at year-end and total recurring revenue up 26% to about £31.3 million, representing 81% of total revenue. It said cash at 31 December 2025 was £16.3 million and the group remained free of debt.
“Eleco delivered another year of strong performance in 2025, achieving growth across all key metrics," said chief executive Jonathan Hunter.
He added: “The integration of PEMAC has been successfully completed and has enhanced the Group's capabilities in asset and maintenance management.”
Eleco said early 2026 will see the release of Asta Vision Plus, describing it as an extension to the Asta Vision platform with API-led capabilities for structured access to project data.
