Wedbush Securities has initiated coverage on Voyager Technologies (NYSE:VOYG) with an ‘Outperform’ rating and a $46 price target, citing the company’s positioning across defense, space, and space station markets.

Shares of Voyager traded up 7.9% at about $37 in the early afternoon on Friday.

Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC, XETRA:INL) shares tumbled more than 14% Friday morning following the company’s latest earnings report, as analysts expressed concern over ongoing supply constraints, margin pressure, and a slow path to meaningful profitability.

Jefferies reiterated a Hold rating with a $45 price target, highlighting “soft guidance on supply constraints and further margin struggles.” While December results showed revenue slightly above expectations at $13.7 billion, driven by strong data center AI (DCAI) demand and traditional server sales, the firm said the company’s outlook remains challenged.

MustGrow Biologics Corp. (TSX-V:MGRO, OTCQB:MGROF, FRA:0C0) announced the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $2 million.

The Saskatoon-based company said it issued 4 million units at a price of $0.50 per unit under the offering, which was completed pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.

Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:NVDA, XETRA:NVD) shares moved higher in early trade on Friday after a Bloomberg report said China is preparing to allow major technology firms to place orders for the company’s H200 artificial intelligence chips.

According to the report, Chinese officials have told the country’s largest tech companies, including Alibaba Group, that they can begin preparing orders for Nvidia’s H200 chips, signaling Beijing may be close to formally approving imports of advanced AI components.

Shares in KEFI Gold and Copper PLC (AIM:KEFI, OTC:KFFLF, FRA:KMSA) rose 7% to 1.42p on Friday after the company responded to speculation around a possible new joint venture in Saudi Arabia.

The AIM-quoted precious metals group, which is in the mine construction phase in Ethiopia, said its Saudi Gold and Minerals SLA (known as GMCO), in which it holds a 13% stake, is working with local conglomerate AJ Lan Group on a potential deal.

Aura Energy Ltd (ASX:AEE, AIM:AURA) shares shone 10% brighter at 10.62p after the company secured C$10 million in funding from strategic investors, valuing its Swedish polymetallic Häggån project at C$50 million.

The funding will be provided to SIU Metals Corp, an unlisted Canadian company that will acquire 100% ownership of the Häggån project.
