For the fourth quarter, the airline posted operating revenue of $15.4 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $3.10, exceeding analyst estimates of $15.37 billion and $2.96, respectively. Premium revenue rose 9% year-over-year, while loyalty revenue climbed 10%. The airline’s full-year adjusted EPS reached $10.62 on $59 billion in total revenue.
Kraft Heinz Co (NASDAQ:KHC, XETRA:KHNZ) shares fell more than 4% after Berkshire Hathaway, the company’s largest shareholder, filed paperwork indicating it could sell its entire stake.
The filing, submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 20, showed Berkshire, now led by CEO Greg Abel, holds about 27.5% of Kraft Heinz, roughly 325 million shares.

The company said drill hole KHZ5800-002 intersected 51.1 metres grading 0.54% copper and 0.31 grams per ton (g/t) gold, 3.21 g/t silver and 6 parts per million (ppm) molybdenum, from 339.6 metres downhole depth, or 0.86% copper equivalent.

For Q4, Johnson & Johnson reported sales of $24.6 billion, representing reported growth of 9.1% year-over-year and operational growth of 7.1%. This beat estimates of $24.1 billion.
Lisata Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:LSTA, FRA:8NE) said on Wednesday it has agreed to be acquired by privately held Kuva Labs in a cash deal valuing the clinical-stage drug developer at $4 per share, plus potential contingent payments tied to regulatory and licensing milestones.
Under the terms of a binding term sheet, Kuva will launch a tender offer to buy all outstanding Lisata shares for $4 each in cash, with shareholders also eligible to receive up to $2 per share through two non-tradeable contingent value rights, Lisata said.
