Digi Power X showcases AI infrastructure strategy as US deployment begins

Digi Power X Inc (NASDAQ:DGXX, FRA:1NQ0, TSX-V:DGX) said it has begun deploying its new modular AI infrastructure platform across select Tier III data centre facilities in the US, as the company positions itself to meet growing demand for power-intensive artificial intelligence workloads.

The Nasdaq- and TSX Venture-listed company said its ARMS 200 platform is a standardized architecture designed to deliver full-stack, AI-ready infrastructure, starting with grid-connected, multi-megawatt power and extending through compute.

The system combines modular AI pods for scalable deployments, high-density GPU racks built on Open Rack v3 standards, and liquid-cooled, low-latency networking optimized for modern AI applications, the company said. Support for Open Rack v3 Wide (ORW) is planned.

Chief technology officer Jagan Jeyapal said ARMS 200 underpins Digi Power X’s transition into an AI-focused critical infrastructure provider, enabling faster and more predictable deployment of AI capacity compared with traditional data centre builds.

“ARMS 200 defines our modern AI factory, built end-to-end from power and modular PODs to open, high-density GPU racks that can be clustered by workload and scale,” Jeyapal said, adding that the platform supports GPU colocation and GPU-as-a-Service models for training and inference workloads.

Separately, Digi Power X said it is attending the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) 2026 conference in Honolulu this week, with company president Alec Amar representing the firm.

PTC is a global forum focused on digital infrastructure, bringing together executives across energy, data centres, AI, cloud computing, connectivity and high-performance computing. This year’s conference will examine the convergence of telecommunications, digital infrastructure and information and communication technology.

Digi Power X said its participation reflects a strategic focus on developing scalable, grid-connected energy infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation digital workloads.

“Participating in the PTC reflects the company’s continued commitment to building the infrastructure backbone for the next era of AI, cloud, and global connectivity,” Amar said.

The company said management plans to engage with potential partners and institutional stakeholders at the event to discuss long-term growth opportunities and the evolving intersection of energy and digital infrastructure.
