London BTC Company Ltd (LSE:BTC, OTCQB:VINZF) has appointed Marex as joint corporate adviser and broker, strengthening its push into US capital markets.
The board said Marex’s Nasdaq listing, global footprint and institutional reach would support access to US investors and advisory expertise, as the group scales its bitcoin treasury and mining operations.
The company confirmed it is progressing preparatory work for a potential Nasdaq dual listing, though no decision has been taken.
