ServicePower (LON:SVR) has had a contract with a North American fire alarm and security business expanded to cover the work schedules of one thousand installers.
It will now supply intelligent, intra-day directions through its software to the customer's installation team as well its property arm.
The name of the customer was not disclosed nor were any financial details of the contract.
Marne Martin, chief executive, said: "This client recognised that its field based installation team can benefit from the same best in class routing optimisations that they'd used for years within its residential and commercial repair business.
“ServiceScheduling not only improves the efficiency and productivity of its installation technicians, it also improves customer satisfaction through real time appointment booking and improved schedule compliance."
