TNR Gold Corp (TSX-V:TNR, FRA:TNW, OTC:TRRXF) has announced the appointment of Leopold Sutton to its board of directors.
Sutton brings nearly 10 years of experience in business transformation consulting, with a background in designing and delivering enterprise-wide change programs for FTSE 100 organizations, according to the company.
His work has included business case development, impact assessments, and governance oversight related to large-scale organizational transformations.
Sutton holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA) designation from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a master’s degree in Transformational Leadership from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a bachelor’s degree in Combined Honours in Natural Sciences from the University of Durham.
Kirill Klip, TNR Gold executive chairman, welcomed Sutton to the company’s board.
“His extensive expertise in complex business transformations, particularly in financial transformation consulting, will strengthen the company's governance practices,” Klip said in a statement. “His expertise will further support the Audit Committee and help ensure we continue to adhere to best practices in financial oversight.”
TNR Gold also announced that Tobias Higgins has resigned from the board of directors to accommodate new professional commitments.
