Roundhouse Digital LTD (Unlisted (UK):ROND), a Singapore-based artificial intelligence company, is set to join the Aquis Growth Market later this month as it seeks to expand its position in the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure sector.
It is expected to commence trading on January 27, with the plan being to list 249.5 million shares, putting around 49% of its equity in public hands.
The firm has not disclosed how much capital it intends to raise or what valuation it expects to achieve.
Roundhouse describes itself as a technology services provider focused on AI agent deployment infrastructure.
It operates a hybrid model, combining revenue-generating technology services with an Ethereum-denominated strategic treasury reserve.
The company said this dual approach is designed to preserve operational independence while optimising capital allocation over the long term.
Its core business activities include AI infrastructure services, platform licensing, and consulting. The technology arm is expected to be the primary source of revenue.
The company is led by Matthew Lodge, chief executive. He is joined on the board by finance director Elliot Fielding and non-executive director Matthew Barry Le Cornu.
Robert Hunter has been proposed as a non-exec. The company’s AQSE Corporate Adviser is First Sentinel Corporate Finance.
