Namibia Critical Metals (TSX-V:NMI, OTCQB:NMREF) announced that it has filed an independent National Instrument 43-101 Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for its Lofdal Heavy Rare Earths Project 2B-4 in Namibia.
The Lofdal deposit is focused on the potential production of dysprosium, terbium, and yttrium, which represent the primary economic components of the project.
The project is being advanced through a joint venture with the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC), with the stated objective of supporting a long-term supply of heavy rare earth elements to Japan.
As previously disclosed on December 3, 2025, the NI 43-101–compliant report titled Lofdal Heavy Rare Earths Project 2B-4 Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) Namibia was prepared by SGS Bateman.
The report was completed under the supervision of Joseph Keane, a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
