Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV, OTCQX:EDVMF) has appointed Alison Henwood as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect. She replaces Livia Mahler, who will retire from the board at the company’s annual meeting in May after nine years of service.
Henwood brings extensive financial and governance experience from the global extractive sector, having held senior finance roles at Shell. Chair Srinivasan Venkatakrishnan thanked Mahler for her contribution and said Henwood’s background would strengthen the board
