Renalytix PLC (AIM:RENX, OTC:RNLXY), the diagnostics company behind the kidney disease risk test kidneyintelX.dkd, has signed up three more US healthcare providers, as it looks to grow uptake of its FDA-approved testing platform.
The London and New York-based firm said it had completed clinical integrations with practices in New York, Florida and Tennessee in the final quarter of last year.
These are: the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, Central Florida Kidney Specialists, and The Kidney Experts PLLC. Initial patient testing is already under way at all three sites.
While starting volumes are modest, Renalytix said it expected usage to grow steadily as the practices incorporate the test into routine care for patients with chronic kidney disease.
The integrations bring Renalytix’s test into each provider’s electronic health record system, allowing doctors to order it with a single click. This is part of a wider strategy to make the service easy to use and scale within existing clinical workflows.
The company described its approach to expansion as “disciplined”, with a focus on sustainable growth and efficient use of resources. It expects to complete further provider integrations in the coming months.
Renalytix is also working with Tempus AI, a US healthtech firm, to help drive broader adoption.
The two companies have been collaborating since September 2025 to connect with healthcare groups already using Tempus systems, particularly those managing large populations of patients with diabetes and kidney disease.
Separately, chief executive James McCullough is in San Francisco this week, attending the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference, a major annual gathering of industry executives and investors. Renalytix said it would provide a fuller update on its progress and trading in February.
