CelLBxHealth PLC (AIM:CLBX, OTCQB:ANPCF) has confirmed board appointments signed off at a board meeting last month, with its chief executive and three non-executive directors formally taking up their roles at the cancer diagnostics company.
Peter Collins takes on the role of CEO, while Klaas de Boer, Kim Oreskovic and Benjamin Hart join the board as non-executive directors.
The company, which is listed on London’s AIM market and focuses on analysing circulating tumour cells to support cancer research and treatment, said the changes would bolster its strategic direction and ability to deliver long-term value.
Jan Groen, executive chair, said: “We welcome Peter and the non-executives to the board. Their extensive expertise, combined with additional life sciences experience, will significantly enhance the board’s capabilities as we focus on strategic opportunities and delivering long-term shareholder value.”
The company also announced that Joseph Eid, a current non-executive director, will step down at the end of the month.
