Sintana Energy Inc (TSX-V:SEI, OTCQB:SEUSF, AIM:SEI) said it has provided MI 61-101 disclosure related to its completed acquisition of Challenger Energy Group, effective December 16, 2025, following a request from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company said the transaction qualified for exemptions from valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements. CEO Robert Bose declared his interest, abstained from voting, and a special committee of independent directors reviewed and approved the deal.
