Quadrise PLC (AIM:QED) announced that non-executive director Dilip Shah has stepped down from the board with immediate effect.
The company disclosed the change on 9 January following late notifications of share dealings - for transactions that took place in August 2024, plus a more recent sale in early January.
Quadrise noted the late notifications breached the company’s Share Dealing Code.
