Experian chair Mike Rogers to retire from board in July

Experian PLC (LSE:EXPN) announced that chair Mike Rogers will retire at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting on 22 July 2026.

The data company said Rogers will not stand for re-election, ending a nine-year tenure on the board. Rogers joined the Experian board as an independent non-executive director in July 2017 and was appointed chair in July 2019.

“It has been my privilege to work with such a highly talented team, with its outstanding and dynamic culture. Together we have made great progress both strategically and financially," Rogers said.

The company said the board’s nomination and corporate governance committee has begun the process to appoint a successor.

Experian said the succession process is being led by senior independent director Alison Brittain.

In London, Experian shares were down 72p or 2.09% changing hands at 3,374p.
