Quartix Technologies PLC (AIM:QTX) shares climbed, rising around 5%, after it told investors it expects revenue and earnings (adjusted EBITDA) ahead of market expectations.
A trading update, ahead of full year results, also said free cashflow is expected to total £5.1 million, despite outflows related to a 4G upgrade programme in France, restructuring costs and a corporation tax pre-payment.
“We are delighted with the progress made in 2025: ARR growth increased by a record £4.5 million to £37 million. Free cash flow was a particular highlight of the Company's financial performance," said executive chair Andy Walters.
Quartix noted that it ended the year with a cash balance of £5.6 million.
It added that annualised recurring revenue rose 14% during the year, while net revenue retention was 98.1%.
In London, Quartix shares were up 15p or 5.26% at 300p.
