Cerillion PLC (AIM:CER) shares moved up in Thursday's trade after it announced a major contract win with Oman Telecommunications valued at approximately £42.5 million.
It is the largest contract secured by the company to date, the company highlighted in a statement.
Under a five-year contract, Cerillion will supply and install its BSS and OSS software suite and provide ongoing support, hosting and managed services following an initial implementation period. The services will support Omantel’s mobile, fixed-line and broadband operations, it noted.
“We are delighted to be partnering with Omantel at this exciting time and believe that our selection is testimony to the strength of our offering and services," said chief executive Louis Hall.
In London, Cerillion shares climbed 11% changing hands at 1,365p each.
