Mobile Streams PLC (AIM:MOS) completed its acquisitions of Estadio Gana and Capital Media Sports, following the admission of its enlarged share capital to AIM on Thursday.
The company said the admission follows the publication of its Admission Document in December 2025, which set out details of the acquisitions. Mobile Streams also confirmed it has updated its website to www.ganamediagroup.com, reflecting its planned name change.
Following completion of the transactions, the company plans to change its name to Gana Media Group and its ticker to “GANA”.
