Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN) has reported its monthly unaudited net asset value, marked at 520.8p per share, as of 30 November, which was up 1.5p, or 0.3%, from the prior month.
Pantheon International, in a filing, noted it had invested £4.4 million in share buybacks during the month. It repurchased 1,206,832 shares at a weighted average price of 363.9p, which it said reflected an average discount of 28.9% to prevailing NAV per share. The company also said it established a Distribution Pool with an opening balance of £60.0 million.
It also said the valuation gains added 5.4p to NAV per share during the month, while foreign exchange movements reduced it by 3.6p. Share buybacks added 0.4p and expenses and taxes reduced NAV per share by 0.9p.
Pantheon International reported private equity assets of £2,495 million at 30 November 2025 and net available cash balances of £24 million, with £677 million of undrawn commitments.
The investment company noted ot received distributions of £20.7 million in the month, against £15.9 million of calls, generating net portfolio cash flow of £4.8 million. Over the six months to 30 November 2025, it said share buybacks totalled £42.8 million and the Distribution Pool balance was £52.4 million.
