InterGroup Mining said it has completed the legal and accounting work required to support its planned US public listing and has taken a further step in the registration process with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company confirmed that an application for EDGAR filing credentials has been submitted and successfully received by the SEC. The application is now under review under standard regulatory procedures.
InterGroup said it will continue to progress through the SEC registration process once this administrative stage is complete.
