Deltex Medical (LON:DEMG) revealed it has won a new customer for its breakthrough oesophageal doppler monitoring system.
The unnamed hospital in the north-west of the US has committed to taking monthly 30 probes used test blood flow in real time.
The hospital is one of 26 covered by a procurement agreement unveiled in January and it is the third account it has been handed by this network.
In fact this is the fifth deal of its type in the US and the eleventh in total this year.
Chief executive Ewan Phillips said: “We are encouraged that, with a procurement framework in place, we were able to progress from initial demonstration through clinical evaluation and into an implementation programme in under three months.
“We are targeting further hospitals in this system in our drive to get to 30 platform programme accounts by mid-2016."
The shares, up 25% in the year to date, added a further 2% in afternoon trade and were changing hands for 6.12p each.
