Orthocell Ltd (ASX:OCC, OTC:ORHHF) has delivered record quarterly revenue of $3.2 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, supported by ongoing growth in Remplir™ nerve repair sales in established markets and an initial contribution from the United States.
The result marks Orthocell’s seventh consecutive quarter of record revenue.
The December 2025 quarter was 7.0% higher than the prior quarterly record of $3.0 million achieved in the September 2025 quarter, and 45.2% above the prior corresponding period. Since Q3 FY24, the company has reported a compound quarterly growth rate (CQGR) of 10.4%.
“The seventh consecutive record revenue result for the December quarter is particularly pleasing, driven by strong performance in existing markets and early Remplir unit sales in the US. Early US results show our hybrid market entry strategy, combining specialist distributors with internal field leadership, is successful and delivering positive momentum. With the US momentum building and Canada coming online, we see significant upside as we replicate the successful Australia and Singapore approach on a larger scale in the US. ”
Key drivers: existing markets and early US contribution
Orthocell said revenue growth was primarily driven by deeper market penetration in existing markets, particularly Australia, alongside early Remplir sales generated from initial US surgical cases.
US sales included approximately $90,000 in December, which the company said was in line with expectations. Orthocell expects US momentum to continue building through 2026, with Remplir adoption supporting further revenue growth.
US commercialisation progress
Early US results indicate Orthocell’s hybrid market entry strategy — combining specialist distributors with internal field leadership — is gaining traction. Key US commercial milestones include:
- A distributor network now covering 25+ states, representing around 40% of the US population;
- 61 applications submitted to hospital Value Analysis Committees (VAC), with 23 already approved (ahead of schedule);
- Completion of 11 major medical education meetings across key states to introduce surgeons to Remplir, including clinical evidence supporting workflow improvements and patient care.
A further 10 medical education meetings are scheduled over the coming months, as OCC continues to build surgeon awareness and establish active accounts.
Canada expansion
Orthocell has appointed a second Canadian distributor, with initial Canadian sales targeted for the March quarter FY26. The company expects adoption in Canada to build steadily across 2026.
Cash position and near-term funding tailwind
Orthocell reported cash reserves of $49.4 million, with no debt, and expects to receive an R&D tax incentive refund of approximately $3 million in the March quarter FY26. The company said this positions it to support ongoing commercial expansion and accelerate product adoption.
Orthocell's full Quarterly Activity Report and Appendix 4C will be released by Friday, January 23, 2026.
