Gold equities are expected to remain one of the most attractive areas within mining in 2026, according to Jefferies analysts.

The firm wrote that valuations, balance sheets and free cash flow generation leave the gold sector “in its best shape in years,” supporting a constructive outlook for equities despite expectations for price consolidation.

Riot Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:RIOT) has entered into a definitive agreement for a new at-the-market (ATM) offering program of up to $500 million of its common stock.

In a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said its sales agents may sell shares from time to time through the Nasdaq Capital Market and other permitted trading venues at prevailing market prices.

Sonoro Gold Corp (TSX-V:SGO, OTCQB:SMOFF) said it has closed an oversubscribed, non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of C$4.9 million to advance development of its Cerro Caliche gold project in Mexico.

The Canada-listed company issued 24.5 million units at C$0.20 each. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable to purchase an additional common share at C$0.28 for a period of three years.

AtaiBeckley NV (NASDAQ:ATAI, XETRA:9VC) announced that it has completed the redomiciliation of its parent company from the Netherlands to the United States, with the new entity incorporated in Delaware.

The move was approved by approximately 99% of the votes cast at the company’s extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on November 4.
