Weebit Nano lands Texas Instruments licence as FY26 revenue guidance set at minimum $10m

Weebit Nano Ltd (ASX:WBT, OTC:WBTNF) has secured a licence agreement with Texas Instruments (TI), handing the memory technology developer a major validation win while it tightens its revenue outlook for FY26.

Under the deal, TI has licensed Weebit’s resistive random access memory (ReRAM) non-volatile memory IP for use in some products, with the technology to be integrated into TI’s advanced process nodes for embedded processing semiconductors.

The agreement covers IP licensing, technology transfer, and the design and qualification of Weebit ReRAM in TI process technologies.

What TI is licensing

ReRAM is pitched as a potential successor to flash for system-on-chip (SoC) designs, offering a non-volatile memory option suited to advanced embedded processing applications.

Weebit’s ReRAM has demonstrated high-temperature retention and has been qualified for AEC-Q100 150°C operation, which is relevant for automotive-grade environments.

TI senior vice president of embedded processing Amichai Ron said the collaboration is aimed at bringing customers access to non-volatile memory technology across performance, scale and reliability.

Weebit chief executive Coby Hanoch pointed to TI’s scale as one of the world’s large integrated device manufacturers, producing tens of billions of chips each year, and framed the agreement as another signal of industry momentum toward ReRAM.

While the licence is expected to be long-term, the economic materiality is not yet known. Production orders and royalty payments are expected to begin in the medium term and remain at TI’s discretion.

Guidance

Weebit has now issued guidance for minimum FY26 revenue of $10 million, following what it described as a run of recent agreements across its customer base.

At the company’s AGM on November 24, 2025, management included a revenue goal for FY26 of more than $10 million, noting at the time it was not a forecast. With additional agreements since then, Weebit is now in a position to formalise guidance at the minimum $10 million level.

The company also flagged it now holds IP licensing agreements with four fabs, alongside agreements with several product companies, underpinning the updated revenue outlook.
