Nextech3D.ai finalizes Kraftylab acquisition deal - ICYMI

Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) earlier this week confirmed that due diligence has been completed on its acquisition of Kraftylab, with final closing expected on January 2nd.

The company said Kraftylab has delivered US$1.2 million in revenue so far this year and reported gross margins of 72%. It highlighted Kraftylab’s customer base as a key asset, listing clients such as Google, Microsoft, Netflix, Oracle, Spotify, and Meta.

Kraftylab provides AI-driven event engagement services, including virtual and onsite team building and seminars. The company said the business operates in a niche segment of the event industry with limited competition.

Nextech3D.ai stated that Kraftylab’s offering complements its current portfolio and brings access to new enterprise customers. It told investors that it already serves over 500 clients and expects this number to grow to more than 1,000 following the deal.

CEO Evan Gappelberg disclosed a personal investment of US$321,000 into the company via an 18-month convertible note. He said the move demonstrates alignment and long-term confidence in the company’s strategy. Gappelberg remains the largest shareholder, holding over 32 million shares.

The company said it expects strong growth in 2026. It indicated that further revenue gains would depend on execution, with Kraftylab’s blue-chip clients offering potential for multi-million-dollar contracts.
