M2i Global Inc (OTC:MTWO) said it is moving into 2026 focused on scaling sourcing, processing, and storage capabilities for critical minerals, as the company works toward a proposed business combination with Volato Group Inc aimed at listing on a major US exchange.
In a shareholder letter, M2i said it plans to advance its Critical Mineral Reserve (CMR), expand processing technologies, and execute a proof-of-concept shipment linking mineral supply from Australia to the US by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
M2i positions itself as a supply-chain partner rather than a miner, securing access to copper, gallium, titanium, and graphite for US defense and industrial use.
“Our vision is to create critical mineral independence, assuring access for the US, and its partners to critical minerals and metals,” CEO Alberto Rosende wrote.
The company added gallium and titanium to its sourcing capabilities in 2025 through agreements with NT Minerals and Nimy Resources in Australia. NT Minerals will supply 88,000 tonnes of copper, valued at $1 billion, while Nimy Resources is collaborating on gallium development at the Mons Project.
The CMR will be anchored initially at the Hawthorne Army Depot in Nevada, which the company said offers secure storage, logistics, and rapid deployment of materials. Three technology components are under development, with integration planned for next year.
M2i also highlighted its collaboration with Next-Gen Energy Technology to build a lithium cathode materials plant outside China and exclusive options for spherical graphite refining and battery recycling technologies in the US.
