Oriole Resources PLC (AIM:ORR) provided a progress update on its drilling at the MB01-N gold prospect in Cameroon, which is part of the maiden drilling campaign at the Mbe North project.
The company said drilling has exceeded 30% completion of the planned 2,950 metres. Oriole highlighted that the first batch of drill hole assay results is expected to be reported in the New Year.
Work is progressing as planned, it added, with the campaign aiming to convert an existing exploration target at MB01-N into a mineral resource.
"Oriole would like to wish all of its shareholders and stakeholders a very happy festive season," the company said in the brief statement.
