Arc Minerals Limited (AIM:ARCM) on Friday announced the appointment of Rémy Welschinger as its new chief executive officer, effective 2 January 2026, as part of a planned management transition.
Welschinger, currently a non-executive director, will become an executive director and CEO. Nick von Schirnding will move from executive chairman to non-executive chairman on the same date.
Von Schirnding said: “I am very pleased that Rémy will be taking over as CEO as we chart a new course following Arc taking back control of what are widely regarded as some of the best copper exploration tenements in Africa.”
