EnWave Corp (TSX-V:ENW, OTC:NWVCF) announced it has granted 1,410,000 stock options to employees, exercisable at $0.36 per share over five years and vesting in thirds over 18 months.
Additionally, 135,000 restricted share rights (RSRs) were awarded to independent directors, vesting in three years.
The company said these equity awards are part of the company’s annual independent director compensation program.
