Quantum Helium Ltd (AIM:QHE) has released updated net prospective resource estimates for its Sagebrush helium project in Colorado, following an increase in its working interest to 90%.
The update reflects the higher ownership level announced earlier in December, with underlying gross resource volumes unchanged from the independent evaluation published in September 2025.
Based on the revised figures, net helium prospective resources attributable to Quantum at a 90% working interest are estimated at 60MMscf on a one-U basis, 101MMscf on a two-U basis and 202MMscf on a three-U basis, after royalties.
Updated net figures were also provided for hydrocarbon gas and carbon dioxide, using the same resource evaluation methodology.
The company also provided an operational update on the high-resolution 3D seismic programme at Sagebrush.
Quantum said field operations are well advanced, with strong productivity reported, and the survey is expected to be substantially completed by mid-week, before moving into processing. Initial processed data is expected in January.
