Pantheon Resources PLC non-executive director Jay Cheatham, the company's former CEO, formally retired at a meeting of the board of directors on Friday, 12 December.
The company said the board offered its thanks to Cheatham, who joined the board in 2008 and was CEO until earlier this year, for "his long and distinguished service to the company and its shareholders".
Chairman David Hobbs said: "His dedication and wisdom have been instrumental in the Group's development."
