HIVE Digital Technologies lists on Colombian Stock Exchange

HIVE Digital Technologies (TSX-V:HIVE, NASDAQ:HIVE) announced that it has added a listing on the Colombian Stock Exchange, expanding its presence in Latin American capital markets.

The company, which also trades in Canada, Germany and on the Nasdaq, said the move provides regional investors with additional access and liquidity through the integrated Andean marketplace linking Colombia, Peru, and Chile.

According to HIVE, the listing makes it the first Bitcoin and AI infrastructure firm to list in Colombia.

The company said the listing supports its visibility among investors focused on renewable-powered data centers, Bitcoin mining, and high-performance computing, and aligns with Colombia’s growing technology sector.

HIVE is upgrading its operations as demand for compute power increases with the growth of AI workloads, moving from Tier I Bitcoin-mining sites to Tier III+ liquid-cooled HPC data centers designed for next-generation GPUs.

HIVE’s Tier I facilities in Paraguay, powered by hydroelectricity, support more than 25 exahash per second of Bitcoin-mining capacity.

The company said it is converting sites in Sweden and Canada to Tier III+ standards and plans to deploy more than 36,000 GPUs for AI and HPC cloud services, with expansion focused on renewable and underutilized energy sources.

HIVE operates in Canada, Sweden, and Paraguay and said its Paraguay buildout, targeting 400 MW of renewable capacity, includes local hiring and community programs.

The company reported quarterly revenue of $87.3 million, up approximately 285% year over year, with a gross operating margin of $42.4 million, or 49%, driven by Bitcoin production and demand for its BUZZ HPC cloud platform.

HIVE said its shift from Bitcoin-focused operations toward GPU-dense Tier III centers reflects a broader convergence between digital-asset computation and industrial AI, and that the new listing provides regional investors direct access to its role in these developments.
