Uranium American Resources advances data work, inks metallurgical testing pact for Stateline project

Uranium American Resources Inc. (OTC:UARI) said it has advanced technical work at its Stateline uranium-vanadium project in Colorado’s La Sal Creek mining district, completing a major digitization effort of historic drilling and outlining multiple mineralized trends across the property.

The company said it digitized assay sheets, drill logs, maps and geological plates recovered during a recent data trip to Denver.

Early interpretation shows more than 60 historic drillholes reported uranium grades above 3,000 ppm, supporting the district’s history of high-grade production.

Initial 700-ppm U₃O₈ cut-off maps highlight mineralized zones along both the north and south rims of the project.

A cluster of nearby historic holes also returned grades of up to 0.45% U₃O₈ and 3.45% V₂O₅, though Uranium American said collar locations in this area require verification during its upcoming field program.

To prepare the dataset for modern 3-D modelling, the company has approved the next phase of technical work, including sub-meter GPS collar surveys, integration of depth and thickness data, and GIS-based target mapping. Field crews will also collect new samples from areas with visible carnotite or anomalous scintillometer readings, building on 2024 sampling that returned assays above 1% uranium and 1% vanadium, with scintillometer readings as high as 45,200 cps.

Uranium American said it has entered a non-binding agreement with DISA Technologies for preliminary metallurgical test work. DISA will conduct bench-scale tests on bulk samples and perform non-invasive site surveys at no cost to UAR. The work aims to assess whether DISA’s processing technology is suitable for Stateline-style uranium-vanadium mineralisation.

DISA may also evaluate opportunities to apply its technology to the remediation and recovery of legacy materials once its characterization program is complete.

“Stateline continues to show the hallmarks of a high-grade historic uranium-vanadium system,” CEO Bill Hunter said.

Hunter added that DISA’s involvement “adds meaningful depth” as UAR advances the project on a modern technical footing. “Partnerships like this strengthen our understanding of Stateline's potential and help advance the project efficiently and intelligently.”

Field surveying is expected to begin in March, depending on weather. The company said it continues to engage with external technical groups under confidentiality agreements, citing broad interest in its uranium-vanadium portfolio.
