Galileo Resources PLC (AIM:GLR) told investors it has completed phase one of its exploration programme at the Ferber property in Nevada.
The company said the work was undertaken with Bronco Creek Exploration under an existing royalty and exploration agreement.
The programme included mapping over 70 km² and collecting 109 rock grab samples. A further 89 claims were staked after new mineralised zones were identified west of the existing claim block. Soil sampling and a ground gravity survey were also completed to support target definition.
"We are very pleased with the results of the field work carried out under our agreement with BCE," said chair and CEO Colin Bird.
He added that the work expanded the target area to about 10 km of strike and will help shape initial drill targets once data integration is complete.
Phase two reconnaissance drilling is expected in the first half of 2026 once conditions permit, Galileo noted.
